I’m Janie Park — Lead UX/Product Designer based in New York City. Over the past decade, I’ve led design strategy across enterprise analytics, AI-driven products, and multi-tenant platforms at Salesforce and other organizations.
Over the past 8+ years, I’ve specialized in turning high-ambiguity enterprise problems into intuitive, governed product experiences. Whether consolidating 13+ fragmented data tools into a single heatmap or architecting human-in-the-loop AI workflows, my work focuses on creating clarity where complexity lives.
My design perspective is deeply shaped by communication.
Moving from Korea to the United States as a teenager without speaking English, I experienced firsthand what it feels like to have ideas, intent, and value that you can’t fully express. That experience instilled a lifelong passion for communication, empathy, and accessibility.
It’s why I care so deeply about interaction clarity today: a good user flow shouldn’t need translation.
Outside of work, I enjoy teaching English, learning Spanish, staying active at Orangetheory Fitness, exploring podcasts, discovering new coffee spots across New York City, and experimenting with emerging AI design tools.
